… but usually it looks ok for me ( more in special in germany ). My screen resolution is of course higher ( near 4K ) than Full-HD, but should be not blurry in full-hd too. I just wonder little bit about details, therefore I ask whether BING Data is realy on.
Currently I try since a while to have Rolling-Cache off, and the Pre-Cache at Ultra. But should not have an effect on that. Online-Data settings are all on, and other special network settings not exist.
I also remember a topic about LOD relation and Altitute… I think that can be also relevant for your case… may you can have a look: Revert max 400 LOD to 200 (bing texture issues)
