Hi, no issues today, i start the game just now, loading in 4 minutes to start menue.
Earlier today I was able to get in to fly after a 12 minute+ load time. I shut down and came back later only to have a 21 minute load time. This is ridiculous.
Nord VPN into Dublin = Win - Instant load into flights and all works.

I have exactly the same problem with or without VPN.
I have never passed 97% (Aviator Edition, this one or another it must be the same problem)
Ive tried eith VPN and without cant get passed loading screen. They said they had fixed it on an announcement

Well folks it is now the end of DAY 2 and still not a single flight. Ive lost count of what threads I have read or posted to over the last two painful days.
Aside from very briefly getting the sim to open, and start a flight at an airport or two very early this morning, its been impossible to do anything since. The maps stopped loading hi res data, some didnt load parking spots or airports. If I managed to get a sort of airport layout and picked a parking spot then Fly Now absolutely NOTHING loads. Left it ‘loading’ for well over 30 mins, even longer on other tests and nope - nothing. I have a wired 1150mbps connection and each and every speed test confirms this. 7800x38 cpu, 3080ti and 64gb DD5 6000mt/s memory. I have rebooted the pc many times, restarted my router, reinstalled the sim and it still takes up to 2 hours for the sim to load and then guess what…barely any aircraft available.
This is nothing short of a shambles

I had tried so many installations that I decided to revert to a “W11 restore point just before the release of MSFS24” that I had created because I was still stuck at 97% after “22 hours” of testing. I previously uninstalled everything for FS2024, cleaned up, wsreset the MSStore then I launched the restore. I updated my apks after the restore, reinstalled MSFS and oh miracle, loading in less than 1 minute and 5 flights on “5 continents” but also 3 CDT with the personal weather time. Since this morning 10am (France time), no problems with textures or others
They said it will launch the Sim faster, yet i am still at VHS or something after 12mins. My msfs2020 launches under 1m30sec! Is there a way to increase this process pls?
edit: 2nd time launching no more Vhs or whatever it is, loaded under 2m30s to Start yellow button on right bottom.
this happens to me on every sim start not just the first one, it takes 20-30mins to start the sim!
It’s taking nearly 10 mins to load every time, the whole activating packages etc every time.
15 min to activate here in Germany this morning. Hmmm. … better than nothing but not what I have expected.
So should i leave the Game running for a longer time on 97% with the “loading Takes too Long” Screen?
I mostly shut it off after 10 min. its embarrising i dont get past it.
No idea. I’ve tried leaving it at 97% for hours, and also restarted many times. Nothing seems to fix the 97% invisible barrier.

Is there an additional log comment? If so do a repair files in the manage option, as I found the game wouldn’t move past this 97% until I fixed the files

If you’re at 97% and see a message at the bottom of the screen along the lines of “loading taking too long error log created” then you may as well restart the app as it never recovers from that point (in my experience)

No wonder it takes forever at start sometimes. FS24 has all assets encrypted? Request for the Unencryption and Full Downloadability of Default Aircraft in MSFS 2024
Even i managed to pass loading screen, nothing works, i can’t fly anymore, nonstop loading circle, no internet activity at all. I was lucky 2 times to test, now can’t fly at all.
