Hmm, as always, question is: Hanging in there at ‘Customize Identity’ or restarting? Must be close to 1h now waiting…
I’d just restart I did and I got in but I cannot fly anything or anywhere simply won’t load anything once in and I’m on a 1GB connection.
What is clear is that for me on Xbox in the UK although I can now get into the sim nothing is playable. Nothing loads including configuring aircraft. Selecting any activity or selecting fly just results in spinning wheel and nothing happens. It seems access to the sim is now there but servers are not providing any streaming data.

Thanks. Will try, but does not sound encouraging at all. Well we will get there someday, I guess 
I rebooted my PC and after that FS’24 went right trough everything including the Customize Identity

After 9 hours of sleep and nothing changed, stuck to 0% and in server queue. 
And they say it’s corrected…

So I finally got in after 15 or so hours and it’s not good at all. For me airports are taking forever to load, slow loading of cockpit textures, slow loading of ground textures, missing models al together, parts of model missing, textures missing so pink checker board pattern here and there, almost no airline liveries, at least when I tried london airport. All this with task manager showing 100+ Mbps transfer bursts from time to time.

So tried again this morning, got in after 15 mins and STILL get stuck on Customize Identity!

I’m giving up for the day here in the UK there is clearly still a lot that needs to be done server wise as nothing loads at the moment once in the sim - hope this gets resolved it’s such a sorry state

I played last night for a couple of hours from about midnight to 2am. Was quite impressed. Not tried this morning yet though.
All of the sudden, it loaded, and managed to take a quick flight with cessna at Malaga. 
This was my Xbox X, soon gonna try hows the loading in my PC.
There’s hope eventually! 
And seemed to have all planes too!

Been constantly starting and stopping the sim for the last hour or so testing my custom simconnect WASM module and so far have had no issues or queue. However the load time to start menu is just over twice what my 2020 load time is. Load time from hitting the go button on a flight to getting the Fly button is noticeably quicker than 2020 however.

Yep - Loaded straight in this morning - I thought -fixed - then stuck at customize identity (UK)
Did you use MSFS2024 MS store link or the xbox app in windows to start the sim?
I have fast internet and every other game and everything else i do runs fine.
Even once your in. MSFS takes an age to load anything. So far not impressed.

for me next day 15 hours later next trying start game, loading slow this time, but loading all in 25 minutes and now i am in the game.
Without having done anything special, mine is now loading up pretty quickly. But, CTD in the world map every time so far.
UK - Been at 97% since yesterday night and saying “Loading unusually long: log saved to Report-loading.toml…” 
Can you do this in the background on Xbox or do you have to be in the actual game.
This morning at 05:00Z it loaded very fast, as it should normally i would say. But now as more people are active it loads very slow again and the streaming of scenery too.
@Jummivana Is there any scaling up of the servers happening to prevent slow streaming of scenery and aircraft?
I seem to recall someone saying that if you hit that message at 97% you’re not going any further and give up for now. I’ve found even the loading screen switches on my webcam and disables sound in my headphones. So even the load screen is messing-up my set-up.
I’m going to uninstall from Steam and wait for this to all calm down.
