A localiser (LOC) approach doesn’t have a glide slope, you need an ILS for that.

I’d suggest you check Jeppesen first …

This is an older chart, but there is no glide slope and no ILS. It looks like your altitude is determined by your DME down to the minimum, and then you circle to land.

Post your chart.

This says a ‘Visual Approach’ chart - wrong chart

Please post yours. I didn’t see any other relevant instrument approach chart in my search.

This is the appropriate ‘localizer DME East’ chart

OOPS wrong chart, just a sec …

LOC DME WEST
actually this is about the same as your chart, says 'followed by .. ’ read to fast (cut off)
difference is, states a LOC ‘decent angle’
Thing is
long time ago I flew this approach on Vatsim / live.
I can fly this approach in my sleep.

It is a ‘famous’ / ‘infamous’ approach and you need a special rating for this (‘steep GS’ or something)

For 109.7, this says LOC only. I think you need RW26 on 111.1 for a glide slope.

It says LOC, because there is no runway it leads to.
It is sometimes mentioned as LOC DME RW08, but that’s not quite true is it.
Why don’t you ask a real live person about this instead of staring at charts, I’d suggest.

Wait… Aren’t you the one asking? And I’m a real live person trying to help and can’t find an ILS glide slope on 109.7!

Anyway, good luck. Maybe a smarter person will be able to help you with this.

ACTUALLY I think you might be right
Latest VACC Austria says
" Join OEJ CRS 067° and descend according to the profile shown on the charts (IT IS A LOCALIZER ONLY, no glideslope guidance)."

In my memory there was a glideslope > 15 years ago.
What pity.
