I have some problems with the graphics generated by the sim. I went to gran canyon and the grpahics I get are the ones shown bellow. I am doing something wrong or are these real? I tried to change all the graphics settings but the result is always the same…

I just flew on the west coast from SF to Santa Barbara, and the scenery looked bad (compared to what i’ve seen previously).
Microsoft had some serious issues today with their business online services, it’s possible they have issue across all their online services today, including the Bing data.
Turn the Word Data back again. I noticed it sometimes turns off by itself. I suspect that each time you get a notice that your internet connection is too slow to download PG, it automatically switches off the WORL DATA and keeps it OFF since then. I had only once that message about internet connection and it was enough to get the WORLD DATA OFF in the options.
If not this, then it must be related to MS servers having problems on Monday/Tuesday.
No that is not how the Grand Canyon looks like in the sim. Just did an approach into KGCN and it was beautiful. Make sure all your settings/sliders are where they should be and like the other users said before having bing photogrammetry on is important for visuals.

Actually, for some reason, the Bing data was off. I don’t know why as I didn’t change that. But now it’s ok.
