Ok the sound just stopped working…just the game…all game sounds including the startup Asobo sound effect…all other computer sounds are working…all the settings are right and have not been changed…i tried switching between output devices and restarting the computer sever times…nothing makes a difference…this is out of no where.
May be something to do with this? This ‘preview’ update caused me problems annd after a while seems to have disappeared, maybe pulled by MS.
I dont have that update installed. I installed it just to see, and still no sound. Im stumped.
Launch msfs.
Right-click speaker icon on the task bar
and select open volume mixer.
Adjust volume for msfs.
Im pretty sure I checked that but I cant say for sure…but I did an OS wipe and reinstall before I read this, and the the sound is working again…now Ill never know if that was it!
Theoretically speaking, how could that setting change without me doing it?
