During snow fall there is sound of rain which is obviously pretty unrealistic. Also the rain on the cockpit window is pretty unrealistic.
Would be great if this could be modified by Asobo.

I also heard raindrops yesterday evening, even though it was actually snowing. I even switched to the external view to make sure it was really snow. PMDG 737-800.
Also, when it snows at night, the snow appears black instead of white - I wonder when they’ll fix that. It only looks white when the snowflakes are somehow illuminated.
