Ben using SPAD since the release of MSFS and never had an issue with it. Nothing has changed on my system and the firewall statement is a red herring in the error message.

Any clues? I tried navigating to the website indicated in the message and I can confirm it is unreachable, so something at their end??

I have the full paid version not trial as indicated in the message. Probably try a re-install …

No problems here either. Check your install, network, or firewall settings. Looks like it is being blocked from getting to profile server.

Found the discord channel. There are issues with the update server.
