I wanna share with you an app i build for myself (with the help of Codex) to make creating soaring tasks quick and easy. I liked it enough to share it, and I hope you find it useful too! The SSC Task Generator can create ready-to-fly flight plans (tasks) for gliders with a single click.

A deterministic, terrain-aware algorithm builds each task around real terrain, then recommends matching weather from the SSC Soaring Weather package.
It has a ton of useful and fun features, like Daily Challenges. Fly together, compare results, and see how you stack up against other pilots.
Every day, SSC Task Generator creates a new shared gliding adventure at a carefully selected location somewhere in the world. Every pilot receives the same route, weather, date and time, making it easy to compare flights or fly together with friends. Open the Daily Challenge, export the PLN and see how you handle the day’s task. Missed one? You can also revisit challenges from the previous six days.
This app doesnt aim to replace the B21 Task Planner, which is the ultimate tool to plan your own tasks, replay and score them. The SSC Task Generator is meant for people who are looking to discover new places to fly and to ease the effort needed to create an interesting soaring task.
SSC Task Generator works especially well with SSC Soaring Weather and NB21 Logger. Weather, date and time recommendations must still be selected manually in Microsoft Flight Simulator. And the NB21 logger will send the flightplan to the glider’s avionics (third party gliders only).
Installation
Download the ZIP file, extract it, then run the included installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
