The issue of broken jetwas was discussed extensively in another thread (Broken jetways at some airports). This was closed with the remark that the issue was fixed in SU12. However, I cannot confirm this fix. I’m still able to reproduce this bug by the steps I’ve already described in the other thread. I’ve ran all updates (SU and WU) and cleared the community folder, the bug persists.
It certainly hasn’t been fixed at CYYT. Bugs like this that have been looked into and are supposedly fixed but are not require immediate attention IMHO.
This bug is cetainly not fixed for me. The most recent tests I’ve done have been arrival at EGNM from EGGP and the two jetways at EGNM are frequently broken. This is on two different PC systems, one with all add-ons cleared including Market Place add-ons, even World Updates. Clearing the Direct X Shader Cache seemed to inprove things at times but not always and switching to Direct X 12 for while produced good results but then didn’t. Sometimes both jetways are broken and sometimes just one. I also arrived at a good jetway which then became broken on a drone view.
I agree bug is not fixed, can be get the other thread reopen?
I strongly suggest to open up another bug report. It will be reviewed and the developers will be made aware.
This is a situation where the developers think that this has been rectified, but it’s clearly not…therefore it’s important to bring the issue to light.
This has been ongoing since SU9.
I tried to start a new one it failed to get any attention.

Can confirm as well. The Bug is still present. SU12 did not solve this issue.

Add the default KSEA to the list as well … all i did was take off do a CCT then land and it displayed broken jet ways , slowly giving up on this sim now
