Stairs don't connect to the aircraft

Hi

The stairs don’t connect the aircraft. when i click, it actually spawn. when i click it again, it disappeared (Please excuse my bad english)

Is that FS2024 or FS2020 ?
Also, are you using a 3rd party addon for ground services ?

FS24 and yes i use 3rd party addons for ground services it’s called Simultech – My Replacement Assistance Trucks

I would recommend to also report the issue to the developers of that addon.

I have the same problem. I don’t have the add on mentioned. When I request the stairs in the A320Neo, they spawn next to the aircraft but they don’t connect up to the door. They work fine in 2020.

This is a known issue for Inibuild aircraft: Stairs not connecting to iniBuilds aircraft

Maybe issue reported by @LyricPenguin is linked to that one but since a 3rd party addon is used to request stairs, it should be reported to the developers of that addon.

Aerosoft pushback pro have the same problem trying to connect stairs to IniBuilds aircraft, but if you try calling for the stairs at the radio, you have the same problem as well using the EFB.

Baggage and catering have problems too. Spawn, try to move, but quickly go back. Also tested with 3rd party addon, EFB and radio.

I voted in that thread a long time ago but have now commented. Same issue.

One more thing, both bus and stairs spawn at the center of the aircraft (It happens after landed)

I have the same issue with MSFS2024 SU2.

Ini A320 Neo v2. No GSX or other 3rd party addon for service vehicles installed.
If i request stairs from the Ground Services menu of the Comm Panel, the stairs arrive but they do not move to the door of the aircraft.

Same issue if trying to request the stairs from within the NEO EFB.
