This issue might be related to: Can’t start a flight, just get a loading circle when clicking ‘start flight’ - Bug Reporting Hub / Install, Performance & Graphics - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums

It seems that if bandwidth is too low, and airport runways don’t load it won’t let you start the flight. Choosing a previously used airport it’s not an issue.

I think this issue is actually related to bandwidth issues. I tried the solution in this article: [Possible Solution] Low Bandwidth Messages - User Support Hub / Install, Performance & Graphics - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums

Once removed erroneous host entries, the bandwidth and this issue resolved.

Moved to User Support Hub since a solution has been marked.
