Still can't control the aircraft while looking around with mouse right click - and in MSFS2020 never will be able to?!

Sure why not? Assign right-click to TOGGLE COCKPIT VIEW FREELOOK (HOLD) then while in cockpit view, hold right-click and try to move the control surfaces.
