Stores with Flight Sim Products

Does anyone in the USA know of any actual physical store locations who sell yokes and controllers and other flight sim hardware? After getting ripped on a mail order broken controller, I dont think I will be ordering anything through the mail anymore. The shipping companies are price-gouging like crazy right now. If you have to return a busted item, it costs more to ship it than what you paid for it.

So anyone know of any real stores I can walk into and look at products? I live in Michigan but Im about to the point where I will drive a long way. Thanks.

Just a suggestion - go to the actual pilot shop outlets that happen to also sell flight sim hardware, like Sporty’s. It’s hard to go wrong there given their majority customer base is RL aviators.

Amazon has turned into the Wild West as a marketplace. I don’t buy anything there unless it’s sold by and fulfilled by Amazon… and they hide this info real well.

Sports pilot shop has been around forever and are legit. Also look for local independent pilot shops..brick and mortar and often carry pc sim equipment. They tend to be, surprise, near airports.

Game stores carry stuff too. I got lucky and found a hotas kit at my local gamestop.

You can try MicroCenters in Ohio. I got my x56 there for the actual price $260 with tax. They’re in Mayfield Hgts, Columbus, and I believe Sharon. www.microcenter.com. If they have what you want you can reserve it for a $1 and they’ll hold it for you for 1-3 days…
