it was also an issue for a little bit in 2020, asobo then fixed it it, but its back again for 2024 
i think its important we dont mix these two issues, the post you linked is near bodies of water (thats always been an thing because of screen spaced reflections), vs this issue where its the sky colors behind cloud cover leaking through the edges of trees and sometimes terrain.
