I have a weird ground stutter now. Not on every flight but especially with clouds around. Note this is not a usual stutter. It’s rather as if there is a process throttling the FPS, so its as if ever 1 second there is something holding back the FPS and then releasing it where it runs fine and then throttling it again. As soon as I get off the ground over above 200 feet agl. the lag disappears. No amount of graphics setting is resolving this. Aircraft C172.

I’m having the same stuttering, which as you said feels more like a throttling.
