Stuck on "Launch game when ready" after install

Brief description of the issue:

Had a drive that I had to replace. I uninstalled MSFS before I replaced the drive. After drive swap, I installed MSFS. On first launch, the splash screen comes up and a black box with a check box and “Launch game when ready” in white text, under a grey bar. No other text in the box.

After initial install, start the application. It goes do this screen.

Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version (Learn how to find your current graphics card driver version):

AMD Radeon RX6700 XT, version 31.0.24033.1003

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

Asus X490 mobo, Intel 10850, 64GB ram, Windows 10 Pro

Also, Gaming Services should be installed from within the MS Store, if not already installed.

I installed all updates and rebooted before posting.
