Stuck on "Launch game when ready" after install

I suggest you open a ticket with the Zendesk. See this post - looks like the same issue, & the OP says it was resolved by the Zendesk team:

The issue is now resolved. The ‘Xbox Support’ option gave me a call from a Tech who resolved my issue via ‘remote’ Log in. I was very impressed - they were very patient, found a fix and remedied the problem for me. Seems to have been that some files got corrupted during the latest MSFS update.
