Hi all,
I’m stuck on your game needs an update as per the following screenshot. No progress after leaving this for a few hours. Have since tried restarting etc, to no avail.
Any suggestions?
It looks like you have the splash screen for the sim launching as well as the XBox app update window.
Close everything down, and just launch the XBox app. The Play button should change to Update, or similar:
When that finishes, try launching the sim again. Perhaps it is being blocked because you have the sim trying to launch in the background.
