After I finish a flight and get the logbook screen, I have the option of continuing. How do I change planes at this point without going back to the main menu?

It’s possible if you enable the developer mode.
This will add a tiny menu bar on top where you can open e.g. the aircraft selection window.
Thanks. I thought there was a way to do it without the developer mode. Because once enabled, your flights are not counted in the logbook.

In theory, switching to developer mode, changing your plane and then leaving developer mode should enable you to carry on and have your new flight logged. However, logging is so badly broken at the moment, there is no way of knowing what will actually happen…You might have to try this several times to come to a conclusion on whether it works in reality.
