Sudden loss of push and pull knobs functionality

Brief description of the issue:

I am having trouble in selecting with left click to push the altitude button. When I enter new altitude I cant push the button. I see a hand and when I click the hand closes but nothing happens.

Latest SU15 update but days after a small update and since then I have had this issue… I have tried to find if others have experienced the same thing.

In my understanding its still a MSFS bug.
But how can I be up for criticism for making that claim since I am a layman? I still hope someone is going to tell me that the update have changed some settings and explain me how to fix it. That’s Asobo.
I wrote I could not find any reference to the issue on google and on this site and how to get it solved. Which I hope it can be.

I will try an Asobo Aircraft apparently since its seems to be soo much required to report a bug. But addon aircraft that don’t have that bug before an Asobo update but now has, cannot just be dismissed… Well that policy is confusing to me.
One cannot make an update and all/some add-ons e.g. starts having trouble and then say its the developers problem, and I have to ask them which I have done. Maybe that works but its still wherefrom the issues started is my layman understanding.
In a reply the focus goes back to Asobo.
Maybe Asobo knows this is a bug from their hand. And if so it would be so nice to have it sorted quickly…

Not sure whether this request will be handled by Asobo/MS or WT/Horizon/Kuro. I did raise this issue with devs at Horizon on Discord (Toby C) who responded that “we can’t edit cockpit click spots, arrows, etc etc”. My request is this: currently, on the B787 EFIS several of the dials can be manipulated by your mouse to turn either clockwise or anti-clockwise and provides an animated arrow signifying which direction you are engaging. Thank you for your help… yes… it seems that the update make changed the settings from legacy to lock… position…

Push/Pull buttons do not work

Sounds like “Cockpit Interaction System” setting. Go to “General Options” → “Accessibility” → “Cockpit Interaction System” What is it set at? Make sure it’s on “Legacy” Then you should be able to put your mouse cursor just above the knob to ‘push’ it and just below the knob to ‘pull’ it. Your cursor will change to an up arrow or down arrow when you hover to indicate what happens when you press the button.

So the bug is solved… it was not a bug… unless its a suggestion to not change the settings maybe…
