Probably related to current issue : Extremely slow download speeds in content manager

As the OP, I also experienced authentications issues, though now connected, I’m also experiencing the download issue. So, I guess we have to wait a bit until they fixed the infrastructure state …

For example, not even being able to download this small 103.78 KB ON DISK update :

My guess is rather wait and try later, if it’s only an authentication issue, as reported on the forums with current unstable MSFS infrastructure. Then, the issue will solve by itself and at least indeed, things will be clearer than in the current situation ! …

I’ve been able to get in twice today, so if it is a remote issue its not affecting everyone equally.

Indeed, some are affected and some other not !

I had this one too few weeks ago. Nothing helped. It turned out my AV firewall was a problem. I disabled it and the sim was back live again.

I’d check your firewall rules in that case.
