Hello, I would like the following adjustments for the FS:
- the possibility to turn off the theme music on the start screen or to turn it down. (To be honest, I also find this music nowhere near as good as the one on FSX.)
- More lights on the sea at night (from ships, drilling platforms, …,)
- More air particles (dust) over cities
- In the event of a crash, the background should not be black, but remain transparent (so that you can better see where and how you crashed)
- If not already possible, it should be possible to hide the instruments from the outside perspective (I only want to see them when I am in the cockpit).
- If not already planned, there should be classic missions and mission packs as with earlier Microsoft flight simulators (not just these landing challenges)
Sorry if this post doesn’t fit in here. I never do this otherwise and am not very familiar with internet forums.
Otherwise the FS is really great! Many thanks to the developers!
I have very quick solution to your point 1,
disable Music in settings inside sim and after next start you’ll have it OFF
Yes it works but if you expect totally OFF then not
It will turn OFF after you click/push any key

You can change the default music theme back to old “FSX style” in the sound menu.

I assume most pilots would be looking out the window when they crashed, so saw what they hit. I think this “feature” is the reason why YouTube isn’t awash with MSFS crash videos at the moment.
That option does exist, and you can turn it off to hide the instruments.
Just go into Options/General/Camera/Chase Camera and turn Instrument Heads Up Displey (HUD) to off and you’re done there
