I am building a G1000 switch panel for the Kodiak 100. I have all the switches but need to find a suitable material for the panel. I tried 1/4 inch plastic but it is too thick for the switches to fit properly. The panel has to be around 1/8 inch thick but then it’s too flexible.
What material(s) do you recommend?
You would be wise to source a contact with a 3D printer?
I recommend Air Manager, touch screens and a knobster with the full Kodiak cockpit that is available
