Synaptic Simulations A220 coming soon to mfs
i was thinking jn october but nice anyway
There is a new trailer for the upcoming Synaptic Simulation A220, looks really promising! In my opinion the engine sounds are also excellent, at least judging from the short section in the video! I am really hoping that they can make it work on the XBox, too.
And by the way does anybody know the name of the song they used here?
Shazam says itâs Torii Wolf - Five Below (Ooyy Remix - Instrumental Version)
I love Shazam. My nephew turned this old man on to it, and I use it all the time.
My Hands-on Impression of the Synaptic Simulations A220 - FSElite
I thought itâs closer but this really looks more like Q4/2025.
hmmm Coming soon to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. and, now the will be as they say first time in sep or oct or novmber ![]()
Canât wait for this one to release.
Itâs my daily driverđč.
I started working on a summary for the A220 based on the real A220 FCOM summarizing 5000 pages of FCOM to hopefully a few hundred.
When will this come out? Later in this month? Any new information?
From their discord, pushed back to Q1 2026.
Nooo really?
Okay but thank you anyway!
Update per their discord:
â We would like to wish @everyone a happy new year!
As the year comes to a close, weâd like to share some updates and news with you all. We appreciate your fiery excitement for the A220, and hope you can bear with us as we navigate towards our final approach to release.
Weâve hit several key milestones this year, such as building up our engine control, fly-by-wire, and autoflight systems, and migrating our flight management system to a more robust and efficient framework that lends itself to tighter coupling with other systems and flight functions. Weâve also incorporated more intricate state and coupling in our existing systems, bringing our total EICAS message count to just over 100. The engine and flight models saw many revisions, too, bringing us ever closer to a realistic flying experience for the discerning pilot. Weâd be remiss to not also mention our first ever exposition at FSExpo, where we gave you all a hands-on demonstration of the aircraft and itâs many featuresâthank you to everybody who visited us in-person or tuned in online for the media coverage.
Weâre moving into 2026 with more momentum than ever, and are increasing the rate at which test packages are sent our to our beta testing team. On the horizon for us is ensuring that LNAV guidance is working appropriately for various procedures and flight plans around the world, incorporating VNAV into the flight path computation pipeline, and ensuring performance parameters are respected by the guidance and engine control systems. There are still refinements we want to make to the engine and flight models, and there are a couple of smaller systems to complete as well such as pressurization and autobrakes.
We give our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated team of providers, moderators, and testers, and, of course, to our enthusiastic fans. Your continued support and patience have been greatly appreciated, and serves as our motivation to deliver this project to you as soon as we can. We sympathize with those disappointed that 2025 did not see a release of the Synaptic A220, but hope you understand our desire to bring a capable and well-regarded product to the market. Stay tuned in the next few months for more announcements as we work towards release day.
Once again, we wish you all a very happy new year and weâll see you in the skies in 2026!â
so we need wait to summer, maybe..
Hello,
For anyone interested, I completed my free A220 guide based on real world manuals and experience. 5000 some FCOM pages condensed into 300 pages with everything there is to know about the A220.
