ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Engine ITT appears high for takeoff and climb power settings, regardless of whether conducting a static runup or power settings in flight.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Each flight

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Run Up Power to 100% torque as recommended by the takeoff checklist for takeoff power

  2. ITT exceeds 840 degree temperature limit after roughly one minute, regardless of static runup or in flight

  3. Any torque values over 75% cause ITT overtempt after more than roughly one minute

YOUR SETTINGS

If the issue still occurs with no mods and add-ons, please continue to report your issue. If not, please move this post to the User Support Hub.

What peripherals are you using, if relevant:

MEDIA

This problem (MSFS treating Turboprop engine cooling the same way as piston engine cooling) exists since day 1 of MSFS 2020. Strange enough it was correct during alpha testing.

Looks like same issue reported in FS2020: TBM Take-off ITT warning

Do you maybe have inertial separator sill enabled after take-off?
