If you are talking about a replay function, the answer is no. If that is what you are looking for, you might want to check out this Wishlist topic:
It is currently scheduled to be implemented sometime this year, although the release schedule does shift around from time to time. So keep watching the feedback snapshot every Thursday to see if it changes!

I don’t know what the Xbox UI looks like, but there probably is a section in the options for controls. In that, you should be able to select your HOTAS and modify the mapping of your hat switch. All of the options you are looking for should be under the “Camera” section.
On PC, some downloads affect frame rate negatively. I assume that it would be the same for Xbox. However, as developers can choose whether or not to release for Xbox, it would be in their best interest to test it and ensure that it performs smoothly.
