The horizontal line in the exterior view - (mainly at dusk) - how to get rid of?

The problem is as in the title.
There is always a horizontal line above the horizon, regardless of the plane and location. I am flying in VR but the problem is also in 2D view.
Always in similar conditions - flight at dusk against the sun.

Any suggestions how can I get rid of this ???
Has anyone noticed this too ???
