We could’ve save you part of the trouble - the 747 lineup is not coming to MSFS 2020. The 777 was the last plane they developed for 2020. All current for foreseeable future development is for 2024.
Of the models you specified, PMDG have in past updates indicated they are developing the -100 and -400 right now, concurrently, with the rest fo the lineup to come later including the SP, the -200, -300, and -8, as well as freighter versions of the above.
