The screen in the aircraft cockpit is too bright during sunrise or sunset time

These days I use inibuilds a330 in msfs2024 to fly morning flights, from about 5 am to 7:30 am local time.

As I prepared to land, it was sunrise time. Suddenly my cockpit screen became extremely bright.(I don’t adjust the screen or light brightness and most of the time it goes back to normal in about 5 to 10 minutes)

I’m not sure if this is an inibuilds issue or a msfs2024 issue, but if there’s any way to sovel this problem I’d love to know.

This is abnormal brightness

This is normal brightness

The important thing is that I have not adjusted the brightness and it can recover automatically, but the picture effect is very affected for a few minutes.

Thank you NZ1123.

I have been moaning about the over-brightness of the sun in FS2020 since the start.
You have confirmed 2024 is a little better.

I buy off Steam.

I bought XPlane 12, used it and decided it wasn’t for me. They gave a full refund after 7 days.

I could try FS2024 by doing the same.

Cheers.

Haven’t noticed this yet on the A330, but it does the same on the A321. Very annoying to suddenly being blinded by the screens.

Just noticed the same thing in the B-787 after the recent update, but maybe was there before.

Just noticed this in the A400M as well. It’s linked to the sunrise/sunset trigger. I believe this one is fixed in the next build

This is still an issue and especially in VR very disturbing. I really hope they fix this mess soon.
