The temperature of 16-18 degrees is still covered with snow

There is a strange phenomenon in MSFS2020, LTZS and LSGZ, which are located in the Alps, with an elevation of 1,500 feet and a temperature of 16 degrees. The temperature change is not obvious within 24 hours. But using the live weather data of MSFS2020, it is still covered with thick snow. In real life, the Swiss mountains have fully entered the spring, and the ice and snow melt, which is very uncomfortable.
