The VR Community need answers to the problems

Not gonna lie, I was pretty frustrated when I saw the patchnotes and there was literally not a single VR related fix. Especiall after they were mentioning a “bunch of VR fixes that we are planning to do soon”.
I don’t have big issues with performance (and mostly shouldn’t with 64GB RAM, 9800X3D and a 4090) but at least one or two of really gamebreaking issues would’ve been nice to be fixed, like the EFB issue, the toolbar or the different rendering per eye.

I really don’t get how especially toolbar and EFB haven’t been detected by QA, while they keep saying they all fly in VR and test it. As much as I want to believe that, at this point I just can’t.

I’m still hopeful as they at least directly, quotable, said that they work on a bunch of VR fixes that there will be fixes for us at some point but I feel like the issues of the VR community are very low prioritized.
And to get even further, with the big blockers aside some day, how about things like DFR/QuadViews (as they partnered with Pimax this would make perfect sense and would blast the performance in GPU-bound scenarios)? When will they succeed in masking the glasscockpit displays out of DLSS rendering, making them blurry since 2020?

We have multiple great content creators in the community, some of them were even invited to their MSFS2024 preview, like @theVRpilot (sorry for the ping) and I would love to seem them get together and take a constructive shout-out, be our voice towards MS/Asobo to show them:
Look guys, you have promoted a partnership with Pimax, you were even showing off VR at the preview event and won’t stop confirming that you are also flying in VR, so VR can’t just be completely under the radar for you, but we are struggling here. Give us something, at least a little bit of hope.

I feel like this could bring some more attention to the topic as our forum posts and bug reports obviously don’t do - at least not enough for even a single fix in a series of short-term patches that ended with this third one for now and who knows when the next patch will come and if this will be “the one” with the bunch of VR fixes.

PS: Please do not take the Steam Hardware Survey into account regarding how many people are having VR headsets - the small number is misleading because if you have your VR headset turned off or unplugged (or in case with a non-SteamVR-native HMD don’t have the API towards SteamVR enabled), Steam doesn’t detect it in the moment you are participating in the survey - and it counts as ‘not having VR’.
I have participated in a Steam Hardware Survey and never had my HMD detected, simply because it’s only turned on when I am about to use it and I guess there’s a lot of people like that. It’s still a niche inside a niche but more like a 15-20% niche like in the navigraph surveys than 1% like the Steam numbers suggest.
