Time of Day Doesn't Match Where the Needle is Pointing

When I try to change the time of day, by moving the timeline needle, I notice that what time the needle is pointing at (on the timeline ruler-- 12pm), is not the same as the time readout to the left and above the ruler-- 10:04am. If the needle is pointing at 12pm, then the time readout should be 12pm. Or the opposite is true: If the time is 10:04, then the needle should be located where I drew my green arrow.

What’s more, if I advance the needle 12 hours to 12am, the real time doesn’t line up proportionately (moving from 10:04am to 10:04pm). I forget what it read, but it was nowhere near a 12 hour increase in time.

Also, I notice that the number of “long hashmarks” (I presume each long hash represents a distance of 1 hour), between two labeled times, isn’t even the same. 12am to 6am (which I labeled myself), 6am to 12pm, and 12pm to 6pm-- all have 5 long hashmarks between the numbered hashmarks.
However, 6pm to 12am is the exception with only 4 long hashmarks, leaving out space to fit 11pm (as I have labeled in the screenshot).

I figured I’d start off in the User Support Section, and if it’s a bug, it can always be moved there later.

Known issue: Weather UI erroneous time stamp error. Seems to be fixed in SU2.

Thank you sir. I’m glad it’s being addressed. When is SU 2 due to be released to the general membership?

No published due/launch date available. They previously stated that “late April” was the target, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see that slip into May given the very large scope of what’s in Sim Update 2.
