Yes … with proper OS time alignment (and a full rolling cache from previous launches) 2:30 seems like the normal launch time at this point.
In total I do see around 90 MB of download during launch … so IMHO network speed does not even matter at all here.

It takes an average of about 1 minute 15 seconds to make it to the main menu from the time I launch the game on Series X.
It takes about 45 seconds once the splash screens are finished and it starts loading the sim.

No. My system uses a “plain old” SATA SSD.
Based on what I can see there is …
- a total of ca. 7 GB data read
- of which 3 GB are read in order to play the 4K “Press Start Trailer”
- and 0.8 GB come from the RollingCache
Drive performance does not seem to be the primary bottleneck during launch.
