Huge tip. If you play with a controller on PC you can fix a bunch of issues by resetting your controller bindings to default.
Example 1: Pressing the start button on the controller used to toggle in and out of the menus. After SU5 it would still open the menu, but pressing it again would not return back to game. If you reset to defaults it works as it used to.
Example 2: I could point the new white dot (center screen) at cockpit controls but I couldn’t interact with them. After rebinding to default I could now interact with controls by pressing A.
Example 3: Pressing the left thumbstick did not activate the cursor as explained in the patch notes. This began working as intended after rebinding to default.
It seems they did some very large changes to the default controller bindings with a whole slew of new bindable controls available now to controllers too. Stuff that was not previously possible to bind to the controller is now bindable. Have fun pilots.
