Would you please try the SU2 beta to see if it has been fixed? Iām not that sure, but something has improved regarding this issue.
Yes - I donāt get any fps drops now! Good shout.
It does still seem to cause stutter - Iāll investigate further

I have been using SU2 with newest nvidia driver on my 4090 and am not getting stutters any more.
I have been flying low and slow in a helicopter around the UK, Belgium, and France, and it even looks like the animal spawn rates have tripled, as in am getting herds of cattle, sheep, and horses, where there are at minimum 20 standing in a field.

This is good news! The sim has been performing a lot better recently, although Iām getting plenty of CTDs.

Its not only to VRā¦ also without VR i got massive sutters flying vfrā¦ turning off FAUNA solved itā¦ and if you are flying in an area with massive cows, goats etc and each cow is streamedā¦
The observant will have noticed that one of the tags for this topic has changed from feedback-logged to bug-logged , which means that this issue has been successfully reproduced by the test team and turned into an official bug. The bug is now being assigned, prioritized, and worked on for a future fix.
