Agree very much. I’ve over 300 hours logged with them and rate them very highly.
If you haven’t tried it, I recommend trying the lighter spring set if you like to dance on the pedals, e.g. flying the Spitfire etc.

Currently using TM rudder pedals but kinda disappointed with them (too plasticky, center is wobbly). Worth the upgrade? I can still send the TM back to Amazon so the Velocity would be around 220 euro added.
I don’t have any time on the TM pedals, so I can’t give an accurate comparison. I do know the TB pedals appear to be very well made, have a precise feel.
The tilt can’t be adjusted other than switching it from one of two angles to match either the airliner or GA pedals.
I agree that the GA configuration is awkward and as you say, straighter legs if you’re set up allows for that would be more comfortable. I think I’ll stick with the airliner setup as it’s a single position at all times rather than How I found myself moving my feet up and down on the GA pedals to avoid accidentally braking at times.
I also found that the airliner configuration is a good footrest for playing other games!
If the range of motion feels like it’s too much, you can introduce an extreme dead zone in the sensitivity settings for the rudder axis, then you can have your range of motion max out at 75% for example.
that’s the way most real GA aircraft rudder panels work too.
I didn’t mind that movement actually but I like to wear flip-flops around the house and things get interesting when your shoe wear isn’t secure lol
LOL
Like in real life: don’t drive or fly in flip flops
Roger that!
I have to sim barefoot. If I ever fly IRL it may become a problem. LOL
I received mine today and I‘m really happy with them so far. Now I can finally taxi the Fenix without looking completely hammered and I‘m also happy I now know that my awful crosswind landings were the result of my rubbish old pedals and not my own incompetence.
Enjoy! Still love mine
I got some a few weeks ago. They are very smooth, but I have a very unusual bug with them: if they are connected when I power up the PC, the right part of the rudder axis is limited to only 10% - ie with the pedal fully pushed only 10% of the signal that should be sent is going.
Calibration via Windows does no good, but unplugging it and plugging it back in works: full range is available.
I opened a case with Turtle Beach who couldn’t reproduce. Annoying, but I can live with it.
That is very strange indeed. Something like that would probably clear up with a Windows reinstall or reset.
Well, I have it on a powered USB with switches, so it’s just another button to press in the pre-flight. Easier than reinstalling Windows!
That’s for sure!
Could it have something to do with it being on a powered switch? These pedals seem a little more electronics complex/advanced than typical controller devices.
Do you have the same issue connected directly to a USB port without the hub?
Well, I tried this and it seems to have worked - full axis available!
Now why would a powered USB3.0 hub cause such a problem when the device was connected at start-up but not if connected after launch? Must be some sort of device power-allocation issue.
I use a powered hub with those rudders and there’s an option in spad to disable the power saving or something to connected devices. I’m not at my pc at the moment so can’t expand, but I’m sure you’ll find it!
Yes - I use SPAD too and had the USB power saving for this and all my devices disabled. An odd one for sure.
