Description of the issue:
Even when disabled in the settings, the city markers still show.
They only disapear when all markers (POIs, Nameplates, etc.) are disabled with the overall comand “toggle visual assistance display” (default key combo ALT-V).

- start a free flight around a city, it shows the city markers with names
- go to settings and disable the city markers
- go back to flight
- city markers are still there
