I’ve been unable to purchase anything from the Marketplace on my Xbox Series X for the last 3 days. The buy/download button is greyed out and am getting message ‘another transaction is pending’ I’ve already tried to restart Flight Sim multiple times, signed out and signed into my gamer profile but nothing helps.
Zendesk advised me to restart all data connection services which i have done so but hasn’t resolved issue either.
Have you activated access to Steam Community, Alt + tab. If this is not activated payment made shows as pending. I had exactly the same problem while running in beta mode. Activating steam community rectified it and payment went through. It worked for me. Good Luck.
It is definitely worth replying to the zendesk ticket that you created (if you haven’t already) and let them know that their suggestion has not corrected the issue. (if the ticket is closed then open a new one and include a reference to the previous ticket by including the ticket number!)
You could also ask them to investigate on their end if they can see if indeed a transaction is pending on your account or if this is just a random incorrect error message.
I’ve managed to resolve it now by joining the sim update 11 Beta, which is a bit strange. But now have to use a mouse as a workaround until the wider issues are fixed in the update 11 official release.

I tested this on a spare machine, fresh install, marketplace purchasing was only restored when I opted into the SU11 beta. When I go back to my primary machine (not enrolled in the beta), the bug remains.
