Description of the issue:
I am unable to purchase Simverse Coins on the marketplace (and therefore unable to purchase an aircraft)
Yes add-ons removed
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Every time
REPRODUCTION STEPS
- Log into the game
- Open the marketplace
- Try to purchase 80 Simverse coins
- A box saying “please wait” appears, and stays there forever without ever bringing me to a payment option page

Should try turn on the Steam Overlay on Steam settings In-Game tab.
Enabling the Steam overlay did the trick, thanks!
got the same issue except I get to confirm the payment and after that it’s infinite loading and no money being drawn, not playing the game on steam so that wont work for me ig
Just as clarification, do these coins replace the Steam Wallet?
Personal Comments and Observations
The coins are an alternative to using Steam Wallet, but I’m told Steam Wallet funds directly paying for a Marketplace Item still work.

• I can’t turn on the Steam Overlay on Steam settings In -Game tab The slider is grayed out. Is there another settingj that I have to do first?
The Steam Wallet funds don’t work. I must have some setting wrong.
Recommend opening a Support Ticket to see what MS can advise.

I have turned on the Steam Overlay thanks to the articles you have mentioned. This has solved my problem. Thanks very much

Maybe the FAQ for FS-24 should be updated?
There is a solution in the FAQ for MSFS, but I think nobody that hasn’t had MSFS would look for a FS-24 solution under MSFS.

• I have the same issue, but im on the microsoft store version not the steam version of msfs2024. I even tried other payment options and still wont work.

I am unable to complete a purchase in Marketplace. To complete it requires my address info (Post Code and Country). These are set for the US only and not for other countries. Therefore you cannot proceed further. I am a resident of London, UK with many purchases before for MSFS2020 and have ongoing subscriptions with Microsoft.

I am having the same problem where it says please wait, I then get a box saying ‘you weren’t debited’ I am on Xbox, what do I do?
