Hi I have some questions I’m hoping a MSFS team member/ employee can answer.

  1. How current, what year, will the new imagery be from?

  2. Will the whole world be updated at once?

  3. Will new imagery be released on FS2020 prior to Nov 19th?

  4. Will imagery be of higher resolution or just more recent?

  5. Will photogrammetry be expanded further geographically than what’s in FS2020? Ie the cutoff of aerial 3d to autogen.

An example is anything West of Ohare Airport. My hometown region, hoping the new data cranks up the realism there. Photo scenery not appearing in home town

  1. Will internet data streaming usage be greater in 2024 ?

But how do we get specific answers questioned? Of only frequently asked ones are replied to vs user specific. Hence asking official team members who I have seen reply on this forum. Any guidance?
