Is anyone using this plane for VATSIM? I want to buy it but haven’t been able to figure out if this plane’s transponder is fully functional for VATSIM, or if it only works with the in game ATC?
Still flying this plane around the Caribbean a lot! Looking forward to the update once’s it’s on the marketplace.
Anyone happen to know some good Caribbean airports to fly this plane to?
it is fully functional yes
Yes, it works a treat on vatsim. Been flying it all the time. This and the DC6 were the best purchases plane wise so far for me.
And the Update is there
WEBSITE ONLY FOR NOW !!!
Marketplace will follow ASAP
Is there a change log? I can’t find it. Either way huge thanks for your continued work on this incredible aircraft! ![]()
fantastic…curr flying the BN2 so now I’ll have to land and upgrade!!!

Changes up to, and including 1.35 are now listed.
I always keep the previous versions, as I find it interesting to dig through the config files for the differences. I can see the induced drag scalar has been increased, for example, as well as the best rate of climb.
Can’t wait to to try this out tonight!
it IS tonight where I am…will let you know!
first…LOVE the tyre squeals and puff of smoke…
I can’t bind the feather to the Bravo for some reason…so can’t test this..
I don’t have my gear set up, so M&KB only. I just noticed something odd when starting the engines. Spawning on the ramp, turn on the battery, turn on both magnetos to the right engine only, then hit the starter. The plane lurches massively causing a tail strike. This is repeatable.
Move the prop levers from their default positions, and the engine starts normally. Even if you move the prop lever so its full after again. Reloading the plane via dev. mode doesn’t do this. It’s only on the initial spawn.
had no such problem at all here.
Just re-tested, and the left engine does it as well. I’ll shoot a video I think. As long as I don’t touch the prop levers I can repeat this as often as I like.
do you use the Bravo at all?
I have none of my gear connected at all, just mouse, and keyboard.
- Turn on battery
- Turn on magenetos
- Flip the starter
- Lurch!
That was first place looked but thanks. Thought given was up on site would be updated but will have to wait and see.
Not as I’m aware ![]()
Workin on it though
I have a video, uploading it now. It seems to be driven by the initial prop lever positions. Change those and it doesn’t happen. Leave them to their default position, and you get the lurch. Each engine can be adjust individually so that one engine will start normally, while the other still lurches.
Processing…
But shouldn’t you set your props to Full Fine before starting ?
To just jump in, connect the batteries and Go is a tad reckless lol
