VelocityOne Flight Universal Control System - Turtle Beach

Hi @PapaPilote,

Please refer to the Quick Flight Guide poster that came with your VelocityOne Flight. A table is printed on it, showing you what each button function is.

Unfortunately, Xbox has a different button numbering system to PC. So in order for us to be compatible with both, we came up with our own. Users can assign their own custom buttons by creating their own profile. My recommendation would be to ignore what the MSFS ‘button’ says on your screen, and use the Quick Flight Guide poster as reference, and put the supplied labels on your Throttle Quadrant buttons to help you remember. You can also stick a small piece of tape over the buttons before putting on the labels if you think you may want to change them in future.

To give you an example, if you’re using the Single Engine Prop profile:
Parking Brake is B4. On PC, MSFS will say on the screen ‘press button 2 to release parking brake’ and on Xbox it will say ‘press button 32 to release parking brake’. Ignore these prompts, look at the Quick Flight Guide and press B4 to release the parking brake when using the Single Engine Prop profile.

Also make sure both the yoke, and the throttle quadrant are set to the Single Engine Prop profile in Control Options if you’re using PC. On Xbox it will appear as one device, but on PC it will appear as two devices. This Getting Started video may help clear up any further questions. Hope that all makes sense?
