Not yet. I have contacted with support & I’m waiting for a solution.
In case they respond me, I will post here in order to solve this problem in your device too.
I had the same problem. The great support from TB sent me a program including instructions with which I could reset the controller on the PC. Worked great!
I managed to get a Velocity One, and really dissatisfied with the fixing options. Unfortunately the clamps do not fit my desk due to thickness, so decided to use the supplied suction tape, only to find after flying using the controller for the first time, the fixing tape was not temporary and I could not remove controller to use my desk for work. After using a flat blade to get between the tape and desk, I final managed to remove the controller, but now have no way to use as a temporary controller. Turtle Beach weren’t much help, other that advising me to replace my desk (what a joke). Anycase, I’m now thinking about returning the device as I cannot use, unless anyone on here and help advise on how I can temporary fix to a desk, when the clamps don’t fit. Many thanks Nev
Yesterday, The support contacted me, and they asked for more data like name, zip code, city but with any software to resolve the problem.
So, in my country where I live, we only have 15 days to ask for a refund and I asked for it. So waiting now for the refund.
Sad due to I can not try in any flight
Hi James. You guys really need to get a handle on the scalpers buying out the entire stock every week.
Last week, I actually managed to get one in my cart right at 11:01 CST, but I fumbled my payment info momentarily and by 11:02, even though I had it in my cart it was out of stock and I couldn’t complete the purchase.
I’m not paying some ■■■■■■■ $800 on eBay or Amazon for one, so if you guys can’t/won’t do anything about the problem I’ll just buy a Honeycomb set and be done with it.
Does someone else have the issue that the yoke spontaneously steers 100% to the left or right on the xbox even without touching the yoke? It already makes flying short distances impossible when the aircraft tries to ram itself into the ground every 10-15 minutes .
I’m not sure if its related to the mixed use of controller and yoke or some sensibility adjustments on my side (reduced the sensibility)
Real pity that there is no turtle beach forum for issues like that. The support form is very uncomfortable and intransparent about already known issues.
I found that I was inadvertently hitting the aileron or rudder trim buttons on the HAT switches, which caused some of the behavior to what you describe. I believe the single engine default settings are setup out of the box like that. On a lot of aircraft its not easy to see or figure out that you have trimmed those at all. I ended up reprogramming those HAT switched to other functions and it cleaned my issues up.
Same situation. Happened twice now. Item in cart, then gone within the 20 seconds it took me to to autofill and confirm payment. Annoying. If it is in the cart, you should be allowed a reasonable amount of time to complete the transaction.
why not trying to use the three screws, yellow ones that we can see below the base, or you drill your desk, maybe not the best option, or you build a flat support which can be fixed to your desk and on which you have these three screws fixed to the base of the velocity ?
Could you potentially use some velcro strips on the bottom of the V1 and hen on the desk? That would allow it to be removed and then secured to the desk as necessary.
Double mapping of buttons and axes ( I plan to release a video soon on this, although Simhanger’s custom profile tutorial on youtube is a good one in the meantime). We’ll continue to work on a full solution to this from our end unless MSFS patches it first!
On our Discord, there’s a video in #faq-n-fixes showing how to disable the autopause after 60 mins inactivity.
The vacuum tape supplied has two flat surfaces and a sticky gel in the middle to provide flexibility and cushioning. If the unit is pressed down too hard onto the surface, or pulled with force at an angle, this gel can spill over and stick it down quite firmly, which is how yours appears. The best way to stick and unstick the vacuum tape is to peel from one edge and it should come away gently without deforming. Note the vacuum tape is intended for a completely flat surface, so a wooden table may not work depending on the finish. I’m sure Customer Support would be able to provide you with some extra vacuum tape. Alternatively Velcro or a similar solution may work well for you. Hope this helps.

This seems to be happening more regularly to customers, thanks for reporting it. I know that the stock available was very limited due to global supply chain issues, and that there will be more available for the USA on Monday 6 Dec at 12:00pm ET / 9:00am PT, and after that more stock in late Dec / early Jan. We’d eventually love every one of our 24K interested customers who signed up for notifications to have a V1F, but it may take a little time. Thank you for your patience, I’ll pass on the message about cart protection to our Web Dev & Operations team and please continue trying next Monday!
I’ve spoken to the web dev team and they’re looking into a way to secure the item in the cart as a minimum, possibly other features too, by end of Q1 2022.
