I recently acquired (secondhand) the Turtle Beach VelocityOne Rudder Pedals for slightly over half the retail price (paid ~$160, they retail for $319).
The listing indicated that the GA pedals wouldn’t be included, which is OK. Reached out to TB support and learned that they don’t sell/provide replacement parts.
As a result of USPS doing what USPS does, my shipment was a week late (sat at the nearby regional facility for 4 days, which is unusual) and the day after I submitted a Service Request, the package showed up — damaged, and clearly re-taped. Additionally, only the pedals themselves were included. The bottom half of the pedals were missing.
Engaged the seller and took their word for it — they state the bottom pedals (along with the hex key + green USB-C cable) were included in the green bubble wrap, but they weren’t there. So I filed an insurance claim with USPS. Lord knows when/if that’ll go through.
TLDR, does anyone have either bottom set that I can buy? Either the airliner or GA pieces. Kinda desperate, as you can see what I’m upgrading from, lol, and I really can’t use the TBs without the full pedals.
