The Bug Reporting Hub is for posting suspected or confirmed bugs that other users are able to reproduce without duplicating an existing bug report. Using the template or providing all the relevant information about your bug and sim setup is required in order to provide valuable information, feedback, and replication steps to our test team.

If you are not sure if your issue is a bug or need further input from the community, please use the User Support Hub category. If the community can replicate your issue, first search the Bug category to see if there’s an existing topic. If it already exists, contribute to that report. Duplicate bug reports will be closed.

If you believe it is a new report and no duplicate exists, then create a new bug topic using the provided topic template.

All issues caused by or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. Assure that no addons/mods are used when reporting issues in Bug Reports.

If you disconnect your panel and operate the jet using only keyboard / mouse, and the flaps work either through the virtual cockpit (click on flaps using mouse pointer) or using preset keyboard command mapping, then it’s something about your panel. Many sophisticated yokes, panels have predefined mappings that step on standard sim commands. HoneyComb and TM AirBus TQs for example - have predefined switch behavior that interferes with standard aircraft ignition and electric bus behavior.

Since my panel works with all other aircraft, that eliminates the panel itself.

But if it works without the panel - i.e., use Keyboard/Mouse, then that points to the panel. Kinda Catch-22 but it’s also a matter of elimination.

Same issue here, its not just you. its been like that for awhile…only on Cirrus SF50

This solution kind of sucks because it costs money but the blame should fall on Logitech rather than Microsoft in this instance. Logitech hasn’t updated the drivers for those panels in forever and don’t seem like they ever will. Support is very lacking from them. I have their panels and I really enjoy them but buying a program like spad.next or axis and ohs really is becoming more and more necessary as the original drivers fall more and more out of date.

True enough, I agree. I am torn between them not supporting a product that is numerous throughout the world, but on the other hand…how long is a company expected to support an old product?

I agree though…not much of a chance of being fixed by anyone.

For as long as they are still selling it in my opinion. If they ceased production of them then I’d agree but…
