Volocopter VoloCity Can't Spawn at Helipads

Brief description of the issue:

Not as much a bug as an oversight probably. The sim doesn’t allow you to use the Volocopter VoloCity starting at helipads. Since the VoloCity is a VTOL vehicle, and it’s designed for city travel, it would be logical to use it from helipads around cities. Right now, unfortunately, it’s not possible.

1. Choose the VoloCity as your vehicle.
2. Choose a helipad anywhere in the world as the departure point.

I thought it was a bit strange too, but at the same time, we have actual helicopters. I don’t even bother with the Volocopter anymore.
