Confirm no issues at LaGuardia, FPS around 45 +. You need to configure and tune you system properly.
Its not a good sign that DX12 will not be taken in the settings. However DX11 its the way to go for now. Do you have OpenXR Tools and OpenXR Toolkit installed ? Use also Open Composite to make sure you are using OpenXR rather than SteamVR for better performance.
