I was using VR pretty well with DLSS auto mode, 45 locked with pimax crystal OG with Smart Smoothing, i went into a menu within VR in the sim and it crashed.
Things in use:
OpenXR toolkit (not turbo mode)
Pimax XR plugin (for older pimax client 1.14 with SS)
Nvidia driver the latest at 566.14
Win 11 24H2 hags mode on, game mode on
14900k + ddr5 6400 memory at 6400mhz (gskill)
Any thoughts?
I have the same problem, but with a Meta Quest 2.
I already reinstalled my GPU drivers but that didn’t help.
This problem seems to be VR mode related. When flying in PC mode it does not crash
Good to know but bad that it’s happening. Prob should do an official ticket then
I wanted to let you know that after deinstalling all of OpenXR toolkit components and all companion apps for that, and an forced installation of 24H2, which you already have, I’ve flown one mission in career mode and another in free flight right after each other - both in VR - and I had no crash.
sounds like it could be one of several fixes or just lucky so far? i may try reinstalling openxr toolkit , uninstall etc, did you reinstall openx toolkit
I did not reinstall openXR. Meta does have its own runtime “Meta Quest Link”.
