Brief description of the issue: You seem to have done the hard work of adding wandering and AI boats to lakes but they’re hidden from sight beneath the water where the lakes are above sea level (pic of Lake Michigan attached).

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
- View Lake Michigan (for example) and observe seeming lack of wandering boats.
- Observe that the boats are actually beneath the waterline with Dev mode, View->SimObjects->Containers->WANDER_BOAT->Names.
